I purchased this workshop for my partner’s birthday and it was a fantastic experience! She absolutely loved the workshop and the terrariums we were able to bring home. Abby was incredibly patient when both of us became overwhelmed at various stages, helping us with the placement of decorations. Everything we needed to make the terrariums were provided for (even a sink to wash our hands!).

The terrariums are sturdy too. We had to travel twice with them in the car, taking them out in between, and aside from the sand moving slightly, everything stayed in place! Abby also provided care instructions for us to take home, which included the steps we followed so we can make more terrariums at home!

My recommendations for others thinking of attending:
1. The general background noise can be quite overstimulating, so if you’re sensitive to overstimulation I’d highly recommend something like loop earbuds to help quiet it down.
2. Arrive a little earlier to have a look through the market before the workshop. That way if you see anything you’d like to purchase to use as a decoration (e.g. crystals, figurines), you’ll have them ready to add in as you’re making the terrarium.

10/10 gift idea. Will be purchasing another workshop in the future!

Mum and I joined this class as a lockdown activity and it was wonderful! I already had the all the materials and even though we had different brands of paint, it was still very easy to follow. My mum, who’s self described as “not creative”, had a lot of fun and I did see a fun creative side to her. We both throughly enjoyed the class and would recommend to anyone that asked.
