Chef Dylan was great. Facilitated class well with clear instructions, helpful to our questions, good pace for everyone to follow, even in Zoom setting. Keen to join another class!

This class is more a hands-on cooking. I found the content not particularly specialized for fertility (ie can apply to general population).
Would have been better if she showed up on time, gave more instructions beforehand to prepare the ingredients so we can cook more dishes, and explain what each spice is good for (since we used a lot in the cooking).
