Women's Self Defence Workshop: Introduction
Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Instructors were great at demonstrating and providing guidance during each of the drills.
Had a lot of fun. Highly recommend and am keen for level 2.

Instructor was a lot of fun! Cocktails tasted amazing, surprised my tastebuds with the gin based drinks which are now our fav. Thanks heaps! Highly recommend recommend.
