This was a Christmas present for my dad and we absolutely loved it. I cannot remember the young guys name who took us round but he was fantastic. Super knowledgeable we learnt so much about the history of rum and asp how rum is made at Brix. There were fun tastings of the process too! We were also given a spritz to walk around with during the tour which was lovely. We got some good tips when it came to spicing, and had a lot of fun mixing the flavours. There was just the two of us so we got a surprise food break which was absolutely delicious! Then a little competition at the end to see who made the best spiced rum. A fantastic day we both thought of people we’d love to bring back and do it again. Or do the tasting too!

Our teacher Levonne was fantastic! Her instructional at the beginning was quick and easy to follow. She then went around and helped out the rest of answering questions, giving design suggestions etc we had an absolutely blast and everyone was really happy with their crown at the end. Super quick and easy bump in bump out.

Christmas Wreath Making Workshop with Dried Flowers
The teacher - Julia - was fantastic she let us explore our creativity but then jumped in whenever she could see us stuck or we weren’t sure what next steps to take - particularly in design. Really happy with the class :) The wine and cheese was an unexpected and wonderful bonus!
