The Kintsugi class with Yoko Kawada was exceptionally good. Yoko is a great teacher - she pays attention to every detail and makes the class really enjoyable. All the materials were provided, and all the steps clearly outlined. Yoko is patient, well informed and wise; she takes you through the process, step by step. Further, she covered not just the practical details of kintsugi, but its history and philosophy as well, in her cosy artist’s studio. I enjoyed every bit of it, and most of all, I liked the way my kintsugi piece turned out, and my interaction with Yoko. A morning well spent.

Kubi was an excellent teacher. I enjoyed the intro linking collage to a long history of art and design, as well as all the exercises. He did a great job providing guidance and critique without being dogmatic.

Vanessa is a great patient teacher. Good intro to brush lettering with everything you need to get better on your own.

Blair is a great teacher - very calm and methodical. She breaks down all the techniques into easy steps and she is very encouraging. I really enjoyed the class. Also her cat is very cute.

Setsuko san is a great teacher and the content for the class was very interesting.
