The teacher chef was great. He was informative, entertaining and patient.
Although it was a very big class everyone learned what they had come for and the chef had individual time for everyone.

Janeen was an excellent instructor who was extremely patient. There was time to watch Janeen perform the techniques, then practice before decorating actual cupcakes. The pace of the workshop was perfect with time to go over techniques when necessary. The workspace was pleasing and comfortable . The class was value for money and I would highly recommend it. As a beginner decorator, I felt totally at ease and will use the skills I have learned and develop them further.

Hankas was a lovely instructor - very patient.
She covered the class details clearly and gave one-on one instruction to everyone in the class.
We all managed to master some basic steps and commenced making a head band.
We will now be able to follow a basic pattern .
