Eric made it obvious that he’s passionate about mushrooms which made this class so enjoyable. He made the whole growing process easy to understand, let us get very hands on and made sure we were prepared for our fungi journey when we left at the end of the class. Thanks Eric!

Ivan explained everything really well and covered a lot of topics, which I can imagine is difficult because there’s so much he could cover. This class was perfect for me having driven for a while but never learning about how a car works. I feel a lot more confident about checking my car and talking to a mechanic about it
