Chef Roberto was really good. He explained everything clearly and enjoyed describing the “science” of Sourdough!
The why’s and the how’s.
Getting that glimpse into the science meant the steps in the recipe made sense.
A wonderful experience, and now the smell of freshly cooked sourdough is filling my kitchen thanks to Chef’s generosity.
Excellent teaching, relaxed atmosphere!
