Attended the French 3-course Blue Menu with Brett. Total immersion into a high-end French restaurant kitchen! Fast paced but extremely organised and efficient. Taking home many chef's secretes about how to master each dish. It's our second class and we have got plans for more. Good value, 3-in-1: learn, be intertained and have a delicious dinner (prepared using the top quality produce without any additives) complimented by good wine.

Great instructor. Easy to understand class. Dishes washed for us. Good balance between class, individual and instructor preparation.
