Loved doing the resin board class! I’ve been wanting to do one for a long time. Rebecca is so knowledgeable about resin, which was great as a beginner. Her workshop is huge and spacious, so you feel free to work. The selection of resin colours and types was amazing! Though I have to sand and polish the board myself, I’m looking forward to doing that. Just know that you need to be able to finish the project at home. Otherwise, great course!

The teachers of the cocktail class created a very chill atmosphere at Brix. We enjoyed learning about the history of rum and why their rum is unique. We picked up a couple of tips about cocktail making, and drank a lot of lovely cocktails. To the point where we had to walk around Surry Hills a bit before we could drive home! The meat and cheese board was a nice touch. The cocktails were easy from our point of view. The atmosphere was lighthearted. I’d advise them to turn down the music when instructing. It was also difficult to hear because of noisy patrons directly behind our class. But we still had fun.

Loved our wheel thrown pottery class at Klaypots! Karina was so fun & helpful. She lives what she does. The class was small, and you can make as many pieces as you wish, though you have to pay extra if you make more than two. It was very meditative and peaceful. Would be fun as a group activity. Highly recommend!

If you have, or want to develop a love for making coffee, this is the course for you! Greg is seriously passionate about coffee! And he tries to pass that passion on to his students. This course is aimed at budding baristas, rather than those who just want to have fun. Nevertheless, it is extremely informative and hands on! The atmosphere is extremely warm and professional. The equipment is top of the line and easy to use. The groups are small, and you get individual instruction. I’ll be sending my daughter to the sane class so that she can have this skill on her resume.

You literally cannot go wrong with this delightful photography class! Firstly, Alfonso is the most low-key yet knowledgeable instructor. He absolutely knows his stuff, and REALKY knows how to teach in a way that encourages attendees to do their best. Spending the afternoon taking photos around The Rocks was wonderful-much better than in some stuffy studio! The challenges were bite-sized, and as easy or as difficult as you make them for yourself. He gives you soooo many red out ed to take away that it’s almost impossible to go wrong after the class is over. Highly recommend!

This is the second class I’ve done at The Cupcake Co. Once again, loved it. My 16 year old daughter loved it, too! Our instructor Camille was just gorgeous, as was Camilla the trainer instructor. The atmosphere is light and fun. The focus is on playing around with things, as opposed to perfection, which creates a great vibe. I’ll be back for the succulent cupcake decorating class soon!
