Chef Tong knows his stuff! Lots of tips and tricks, as well as a full rundown of the best ingredients and where to get them. The dishes we made in class were delicious and my son loved the batches we made and took home. Highly recommend and great value.

Highly recommend this class. Hitomi-sensei and Jun-sensei have carefully thought through and planned every step to ensure participants maximise their time and practise each stage of crafting their own kintsugi piece. I especially enjoyed the history lesson about the emergence of kintsugi. Tools and stations are well set out and equipped, with Hitomi or Jun checking our work and supporting participants every step of the way. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
