I absolutely loved this class! I bought it for a gift for my friend and we were both so impressed, learned so much about the creation of cheese and had lots of fun. I’m glad our teacher went into detail of the chemistry side of making halloumi - so interesting! It was also absolutely delicious, I’ve already recommended to friends. Thankyou!
