The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how spotless the premises was.
The teacher and assistant were very friendly and helpful - instructions were clear and concise.

This is such a fun experience, not only do you make a ludicrous amount of cheese (a lot of which never made it home due to wine munchies), but you also learn how to make it at home.
The hosts were amazing and the wine never ran low. Would definitely do again and recommend highly to all cheese lovers.

This was a fantastic class! My sister and I took our parents as a birthday gift and it was fabulous. Our teacher was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so thoroughly; the bubbles were free flowing and the cheese we made was even better than I expected! We also ordered the cheese board in advance which was super delicious, I'd definitely recommend sampling this. We ended up buying one of their cheese making kits to take home and we're planning a big halloumi-making day with the extended family soon. Book this class for sure, it's worth every cent!

A great afternoon making halloumi! The location was easy to find and parking is available on nearby streets. We kicked off with bubbles and a demonstration then made our own cheese. The instructor was excellent, detailed and informative - a mini science lesson on cheese making. The set up is aimed at couples/groups but I was a single and had heaps of fun on my own. Highly recommend this and I'll be back to make the other cheeses. I suggest ordering a cheese board as well as those looked fabulous, but you can BYO your own if you prefer. The bubbles were not stingy - freely flowing. This is excellent value for money.

Very enjoyable class. I learnt how to make cheese and it was tasty too.
It is geared towards couples and groups but evenso I felt very welcome and shared in the fun of seeing other people wrestling with their cheeses.
There is a lot to learn and I'd love to know a bit more about the science and how to scale up or down as the need requires.

After trying the burrata class at Omnom I just knew I had to come back for more. Sure enough, just like last time, the halloumi class was an amazing experience. I went with my dad and we both absolutely adored the class, the teacher and our squeaky halloumi. Cannot recommend these guys enough, I'm completely obsessed and will likely be back again several more times!
