I liked Crissy leading it as good as last time and the "leader" with the story was good it was an interesting story. I am ambivalent to holding the dog. It was nice for people who liked it.

For me the venue could use some sound dampening for sensory issues.

I do feel like i learned new things and from the perspective of others increased my understanding of another's experience
I enjoyed meeting new people like always.

I liked meeting new and old people the most. It's a nice feeling to see people coming back and to see new ones

The teacher was wonderful, warm engaging, knowledgeable and humble when she stumbled.

it was hard to make out what some people were saying. I liked that being so close to the lap i could read it, but without that. having the screen be clearer to see would have helped

i think it is good value to learn about that in a group environment.

i did the secure attachment workshop and did find it valuable for myself and offered new insights and actions i could take.
