Fantastic day of making croissants and danish pastries from scratch! Our teacher, Joel, kindly prepared the dough in advance (as it takes time to prove) and we then laminated, proved, shaped and baked our croissants. We also made the dough from scratch to take home. Joel is extremely knowledge and helpful, he is willing to answer any questions the class had. I came away with lots of pastries to enjoy, but also a better understanding of how to make pastries . Thanks Joel!

We had a wonderful Porcelain workshop! Laura was a great teacher who was able to guide us when needed, but also provided us with space to be creative and to experiment. We made about 3-4 pieces each, which turned out to be great value for money.

I’d highly recommend this class!
