My first ever cupping session it was hosted by the head roaster and the owner himself, George.
We were given 10 different coffees, single origins and blends. We got to smell, taste, and taste again, and just got more confused basically It was fun, and real lot to digest!

George is very very very kind to share and answer all of things I want to know. His passion and love of coffee is contagious. It's just coffee is a very complex thing to comprehend in such a short time, morever I'm a noob! It's a long learning process.

This class is great for a beginner, and the best part is we learn how to do it with a pointed pen and brush pen at once.
Icy is a great teacher, very patient, and the class is very easy to follow even though we do it in zoom class.

Definitely we need more self-practice because this short class only covers the basic technique. But the practice module surely will help a lot.
