Truffle Hunt and Tasting Class
The truffle hunt experience was fantastic. Nathan and Chloe are so knowledgeable about the entire process, and watching Willow (ablely assisted by pup Rosie) sniff out the truffles was truly amazing! The tasting menu down at the hairy dog cafe is superb. I would recommend this as a great experience.

Resin Cheese Board and Sip Class
The class was a fun few hours in a venue just off Clarendon Street in South Melbourne. Jasmine was lovely.
A little more time on understanding the process in places would have been nice with maybe a second coaster to try before the board.
We had the snack box which we didn’t finish as we were too involved in the resin process.
