The pizzas were amazing and made from very high quality ingredients. Our teacher was great and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately I felt that the class size was too large (over 30 people) for him to be able to provide each person the attention needed to stretch out our dough well. Due to the large class size we felt as though their was a lot of waiting around while others stretched their dough which also then meant we were rushed to stretch out ours and we weren’t able to take our time and practice the skill we were trying to learn. It was also a little disappointing that we weren’t able to add the ingredients to the pizza ourselves - this is the fun part of homemade pizza I remember from my childhood that I wish we could have recreated.

We had fun creating something more simple as we were beginners. We look forward to picking up the finished product soon.
