This is my first ClassBento class ever. Great experience.

Joe was very supportive and informative during the whole class.
I usually bake from mud or vanilla cake box. Too ambitious project, straight from cake box to Croissants from scratch.

Joe make it very do-able step by step very clear, very encouraging for whole 5.5 hrs class. So many snack to nibble a long the way.

Excellent experience.
