Another fantastic class from the Classic Cupcake Co!
Our teacher Sally was fantastic, full of energy and enthusiasm even with the extreme heat we had.

It was so incredibly hot, so sadly a lot of the buttercream was a bit too soft, however not at all the fault of CCC.

I love the challenge of the classes, stepping out of your comfort zone and being content with whatever you make. The Classic Cupcake Co make it a special experience for everyone, whether your first time or if you have lots of cupcake knowledge.

I'll definitely be back again to perfect the techniques!

I always have the BEST time at Klaypots. Karina is always so kind and welcoming, and I feel so at home when I'm at the studio.
The teacher Elyse was great. She explained techniques well and visited each member of the class individually to hear their ideas and assist with making their designs come to life.

My experience at Klaypots was incredible I had done one session of wheel throwing elsewhere, but for a complete beginner this class is perfect.

Karina was an amazing teacher and explained everything in detail and at a good pace. Her demonstration was easy to watch and then replicate on your own wheel.

Karina always made sure we got the attention we needed and kept us on track to produce the pieces. She was calm and positive, always adamant that your wonky pot could be fixed (& it certainly could be!)

The studio is intimate and the class size manageable. You really feel like you are getting proper instruction.

I absolutely LOVED my class and can’t wait to come back for more. I also can’t wait to visit her new studio in the coming months.

This Buttercream Flowers class was incredible! From the very first moment I stepped in the door, I was welcomed and taken care of by Veronica and India - two Classic Cupcake Co. representatives.
Every step was taken to ensure proper hygiene purposes (washing hands, using own utensils etc.) and everything you could need was right in front of you.

The class was broken down for complete beginners (i.e. myself) and you are taught techniques and skills that can easily be taken away and applied to your own baking.

Veronica was patient, kind and ready to help where we needed. Her motto was lean into the chaos and she embraced the creativity of each person in the class. Her instructions were clear and she demonstrated to each person individually.

At the end of the class, you end up with six beautifully decorated cupcake flowers and a sense of accomplishment.

Looking forward to another Classic Cupcake Co Baking Academy class!

Fantastic experience! Elgan, the teacher was friendly, kind and knew exactly how to teach Adults. He was clear in his instructions and would always offer help and tips in a gentle way, so your own creative individuality could still shine through. Sometimes those tips were definitely needed!

The class length is perfect and after the demonstration, there is plenty of time to create - enough for at least two proper pieces to be formed.

The studio space was intimate and has a lovely set up - you really feel like you’re walking in to an art studio.

Plenty of street parking on weekends.

I loved my class and look forward to seeing how my pieces turn out at collection… if I don’t return earlier to make more!
