The Christmas wreath class with Julia was amazing. She was super patient and helpful to everyone making their wreath and there were so many beautiful flowers and greenery to pick from. I surprised myself with how pretty my wreath was. A new Christmas tradition that I’ll treasure!

I got the tempeh making class with Kathryn for my boyfriends birthday. From the moment we stepped into her home we felt so warm and welcome. She had some tasty tea and tempeh snacks for us, on arrival and showed us throughly through the process, answering all the questions along the way. We left knowing how to make tempeh and with supplies to try it again at home. Would definitely recommend for anyone with an interest in ferments, makes for a perfect day trip to the blue mountains.
