My name is Katherine and I have been creating baked goods for over 10 years!

I believe the best way to anyone's heart is with something sweet and tasty!

Sweets by Sas is based in Oatlands and started as my passion project! Over the last few years I have run various workshops from The Rocks Markets at Christmas Time to Kids Entertainment on Mothers Day.

I hope we can bake or decorate together soon!

The class was so great! A fun activity to do with friends and family. Katherine is a great teacher, clearly very knowledgeable and also patient! She guided us through all the decorating, taught us different techniques but also encouraged creativity with our designs as well which I liked.

I loved this class Kath was so lovely, helpful and generous with her expertise. I learnt so much and was so impressed with what we did in two hours. I will definitely attend a class again as it is such a fun way to spend time with friends and also make something yummy. Plus parking was easy - always a plus!
