In this Perth workshop, Sophie will share enlightening evidence-based knowledge about the meaning of specific non-verbal communication cues, helping people to understand the true emotions of others as they interact. This will empower you to adapt your response and behaviour accordingly - driving emotion in the right direction, whether it’s at work or play.
You'll leave with a heightened understanding of the emotions, thoughts and intentions of others and feel confident adapting your own behaviours and body language to help relationships flourish!

I have a unique skillset, working in the area of communication, behaviour and art.
I help individuals and organisations to improve communication, leadership, influence and emotional intelligence, by delivering insightful PD training, coaching and presentations that provide simple, practical skills to use straight away.
I also run art classes for kids and families, as well as creative classes for adults in Perth. I cover a range of media including painting, sculpture, clay, drawing, plaster-casting, rug making, etc.
No prior experience necessary, all abilities are welcome.
