Starting with the messaging on all our bath, body and skincare products, we remind you of all that is wonderful within you. The I Am Project Australia offers small batch, non-toxic skincare and if you like to get in behind the scenes, we also run creative, hands-on workshops where you learn to make skincare yourself.Our workshops incorporate positive psychology in a safe and uplifting environment. During the creative process a dialogue of gratitude and awareness of our self talk is discussed. The aim is to develop positive, resilient, forward-thinking awareness with-in all. By practicing our 'I am's' and mindful self talk in our programs we have received incredibly positive feedback on how these techniques have had a beneficial impact.
