Stop guessing and start brewing. This hands-on, practical session cuts the fluff and teaches you the exact mechanics our baristas use to make great coffee. You will get behind a La Marzocco machine to learn the fundamentals of extraction, puck prep, and milk science. We will show you how to steam milk without scalding it, how to visually identify and fix a bad shot, and how to maintain your equipment so your coffee always tastes fresh.
  • Learn the core mechanics: grind size, dose, ratio, and yield.
  • Master puck preparation to stop channeling and improve flavour.
  • Steam milk correctly for flat whites, lattes, and cappuccinos.
  • Clean and maintain your machine to remove stale oils.
What you'll get
