Please note if you book a course that runs over end of year holidays, we will have to move some of your classes a few weeks back to January, to allow you and us some rest for holidays. We will be closed Dec 23 - Jan 5 2026.
This course is designed for beginners with no experience. Our experienced instructors will have demonstrations in each class, followed by step-by-step guidance and support while you make your pots.
Students will get introduced to the foundation of wheel throwing cups, bowls, and plates in the first two classes. We will teach how to trim the bottoms of your pots in the third and fourth classes. And we will teach you how to decorate with various images and patterns or glaze your pots in the fourth and fifth classes.
Every participant will finish and take home 6 or more pots, which will be microwave and dishwasher safe, so you will be able to eat and drink out of them.
Classes run each week for 2 hours, same time of the week, 6 consecutive weeks. We can accommodate changes if needed.
