  • 5/5 from Mika Nakamura, attended Apr 2026: It was such a good experience! Great vibe and teacher was so lovely. Highly recommend!
  • 5/5 from Emily Strand, attended Feb 2026: Teacher was amazing! He helped everyone in the class make what they wanted to make - help shape unique pieces, set up a handle station for mugs, or give glazing advise. Definitely would recommend for anyone wanting to learn the process start to finish.
  • 5/5 from Bianca Zhou, attended Jan 2026: Came to do a four week course after doing a one-off back in 2024 and I cannot wait to explore my new-found hobby! Georgina is a fantastic teacher: her instructions are succinct but clear and she’s always more than happy to help whenever we got stuck. She was super encouraging no matter what and really reinforced the idea that every attempt on the wheel or trimming or glazing is a learning opportunity. As someone who is a stubborn perfectionist, she really helped me learn patience and mindfulness - both of which I didn’t expect to take away from a pottery course. This course as a whole has been a fantastic look into a future longterm hobby for myself and I am very grateful I had the opportunity to work with other likeminded folk. Thank you so much!
  • 5/5 from Lindsay Holliday, attended Oct 2025: What a fun course. Worth every cent. I’ve never done any pottery before and wanted to give it a go as a creative out let. Although I did not make any master pieces I made a few perfectly acceptable organic items that I am happy with - so I’ll be walking away with something too. Elgin the instructor was delightful - patient and clear in his instruction - his calm gentle manner made it easy to enjoy the process. It was nice to share the time with like minded people all there to have a go. It appeared to me a few were back for more which is a testament to the course. Highly recommend.

He is very kind and helpful.

The atmosphere was super calm and cozy, good music, and our teacher Elgan was lovely and patient. It was such an enjoyable process, and honestly am considering doing the whole course again :))

  • 5/5 from Chantel Bedford, attended Feb 2025: We did a 4 week wheel throwing course for the first time, was really fun to do and see how things came out. It’s 2 days of throwing on the wheel, one day of trimming and one day of glazing.
  • 4/5 from Tsz Ki Jackie Chung, attended Jan 2025: Great place for a once off experience. Unfortunately, the final firing takes a little too long...
  • 5/5 from Lilly Reed, attended Nov 2024: After attending and thoroughly enjoying a date night pottery course here a year ago, my partner and I came back to this lovely little studio to complete their wheel throwing course. Elgan is so wonderfully patient and kind, we couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. We’ll definitely be continuing our pottery adventures after how much fun we had and can’t wait to see our finished pieces!
  • 5/5 from Ben Li, attended Nov 2024: Elgan is a fantastic, patient instructor that explains concepts well. The class size isn't too big and so you can zone in and get support from the instructor when needed. I would highly recommend the 4 week course for those with any interest in throwing at Print Paint Pot. Thanks guys!
  • 5/5 from Sandra Policard Benetho, attended Oct 2024: The class was very informative for a 4 week course. Although I struggled to make pieces in my first class, I threw a few good pieces on my second class. Trimming was a bit stressful as if you trim too much it would end up putting a hole through your piece. Glazing was fun (just a tip: don't glaze too much -- your glaze could drip and your piece could end up being stuck during the firing process). It was a great experience and I'm grateful to Elgan (instructor) for being kind and helpful all throughout the 4 weeks.
  • 5/5 from Samantha Pannell, attended Sep 2024: I really enjoyed my classes with Elgan at Print Paint Pot in Artarmon. Elgan was a very welcoming, patient, positive and supportive teacher. He engaged thoughtfully with all the students, from newbies like myself, to others of an intermediate level. One night it rained heavily and he was outside waiting to help with an umbrella! I am looking forward to collecting my finished works this week, and I would love to do another course at Print Paint Pot in future. I would highly recommend their classes to anyone who would like to learn pottery in an engaging and encouraging group setting.
  • 5/5 from Maleka Johnson, attended Sep 2024: The class was great, I learned loads and had lots of fun. Everything was organised and easy
  • 5/5 from Desmond Chiang, attended Aug 2024: I attended the 4-week wheel throwing pottery class which was perfect for beginners and a great experience. Elgan our instructor was very friendly and patient. The venue was welcoming and easy to get to with plenty of street parking. They had a variety of tools and glazes for us to use and we all got to take home a number of our own unique pieces.
  • 5/5 from Lily Ann Slaviero, attended May 2024: Absolutely loved Georgia, so open to us trying whatever, encourages us to bring in inspo pics and helped us to make our visions a reality
  • 5/5 from Lillian Zhang, attended May 2024: Such an incredible course, highly highly recommend! I had so much fun and I’m sad that it’s over now as it was something I looked forward to every week. I was able to make many pieces during the class with excellent guidance. I learnt a lot of techniques in this class and had room to explore and be creative. For a four week course this was amazing value for money and really brightened my work week with some zen pottery time away from screens. Can’t wait to see how my pieces turn out!
  • 5/5 from Andrew Ian Wilson, attended May 2024: 4 weeks was a perfect commitment. Enough to work through the spinning, trimming and glazing.
  • 5/5 from Amelia Ten Pas, attended May 2024: Georgina was a great teacher! Explained each step in "throwing" pottery on the wheel, creating different pieces and encouraged us along the way! Each week was fun and we did get better!!!! This class is a great idea to do with a group of friends. I would highly recommend it
  • 5/5 from Jacqueline Mann, attended Feb 2024: Fantastic course! Georgiana was a knowledgeable and caring instructor. All content was presented clearly and the entire thing was so much fun. Very helpful advice, guidance and assistance- very willing and patient! Provided clear examples of each stage - demonstrating expertise. Showed interest in each person and was very encouraging in all our efforts. Generous with her time and handy hints! Elgin worked quietly in the background ensuring that everything ran smoothly in a practical sense - eg alert to when more clay would be needed and prepared it before we even realised we would require it. The whole studio was clean and tidy and our aprons were washed each week. All materials and utensils were provided. Zina abd Elgin - a talented couple who are passionate about sharing their knowledge, skills and ideas. Thanks!

We each finalised about 10 pieces and the whole process was really fun and enjoyable. Zena is such a great instructor, explained everything in detail, and was super patient with us. The studio is so cool and has a great vibe, and the playlist always set a good mood. Overall I think this course is a perfect intro to pottery. The pottery turned out amazing in the end. Highly recommend this 4 week's course!

  • 5/5 from Kat Miller, attended Jun 2022: This is one of the best ClassBento experiences I’ve done. The teacher Zena is the loveliest, most patient and talented potter (if that’s a word?!) eve and takes time to take you through everything and also save any of your wonkier attempts. The studio is wonderful, it’s full of beautiful creations and a really relaxed, cosy environment. I left with 3 pots and bowls that, when Zena glazed and kilned them (after the class) turned out looking so professional I was thrilled! I will be coming back again for sure!
