The flexible 100sqm blank canvas space can be used for workshops, exhibitions, photo shoots, film shoots, performances, concerts, pop-up stores, product launches, meetings and as a large temporary workspace.

There are plenty of white walls, concrete floors, spacious, high ceilings. Adaptive lighting includes natural light from the east and west walls, spotlights and festival lights making it suitable for almost any creative event. There's a cosy outdoor courtyard area, a fully applianced kitchen/dining space, on site parking and a loading dock next to the room.
