33 Wellington Street is a Chippendale space built for teaching. The ground-floor room (about 7.9m x 11.6m) takes 20–30 students at trestle tables with space left over for demonstrations. You get a working kitchen with a sink for brushes and clean-up, work tables, studio and natural lighting, a projector and screens for demos, wifi, a bathroom and four on-site car parks in the gated yard for loading kits in and out at the door. We're ten minutes' walk from Central and Redfern, so weekday-evening students can come straight from work. Paint-and-sip friendly: BYO alcohol is fine for private classes. Teachers running paid classes need their own public liability insurance (minimum $10m). Access details provided on booking.
