What you'll do
In this four-week ceramics course in Mount Colah, you'll work with clay to create unique pieces to take home.
During the course, you'll get hands-on experience with various materials and tools. From shaping clay using traditional hand building techniques like slab building, pinched pot and coils, to discovering the magic of the pottery wheel, you'll have the chance to experiment and create beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces. Learn the intricate skill of centering clay, opening out, and pulling up to bring your visions to life.
This pottery course is suitable for beginners to intermediate. You'll receive expert guidance and be working from a cosy home studio meant to welcome beginners and put you at ease.

Pots & Bobs is located in Mount Colah and is a small home-based studio with work areas both outdoor and indoor.
I have been teaching ceramics on the Central Coast for several years and recently decided to open up my space in Mount Colah to give our local community an opportunity to explore their creativity in an informal and relaxed setting.
​There are several guided workshops and short classes available on most days. You are also welcome to come with your own project and together we will work to achieve the best possible creative outcome.
