Alfie's is a beautiful, raw, industrial creative warehouse space, with plenty of natural light. It is a blank canvas that is incredibly versatile. It is perfectly suited to photo shoots, workshops, gallery openings or events. Alfie's is in vibrant Newtown, just 5 minutes walk from Newtown station, surrounded by local street art and cafes.

The studio has roller door access, plenty of 3-phase power and 15 amp power, white brick and exposed brick walls, kitchen, bathrooms and shower, sound system, private car parks, unlimited hi speed wifi, and plenty of props for rent. Lighting equipment, sets and props, as well as event and lunch catering can be provided upon request.

Alfie's is an ideal venue for a performing arts and creative arts workshop.
