From the shaping of rice to the stuffing and final frying, discover all the secrets to making two versions of this Sicilian specialty.

Alongside your arancini, you'll also learn how to create the perfect accompanying sipper. Curate, stir and shake the classic Aperol Spritz with the experts at Salt Meats Cheese.

You will then sip on your refreshing Aperol creation as you get to enjoy the ultimate Italian feast, featuring your arancini followed by wood-fired pizza by our pizzaiolo to knock it all down.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, Newstead plus our sister venues La Costa, Cielo Rooftop, Eterna, La Valle and The Parlour, all located in Fortitude Valley!

Can definitely recommend this class! It was a really fun, hands on experience. Our teacher was very engaging and kept things interesting! It's also amazing value for money, we made more arancini than we could ever hope to eat, and then we also had anti paste and a pizza as well. It was a great afternoon.

Paolo kept everyone thoroughly entertained with some background history and funny jokes/stories about the food we were making. Food was awesome and great value for money with plenty left over to take home and enjoy. Overall 10/10 experience, would definitely come for another course!
