Through all that high-energy, fast-paced work, creativity became my anchor. My role is to curate the experience: beautiful materials, cosy ambience, helpful guidance when you need it, and a supportive space where you can just be yourself.What I love most is watching people surprise themselves — seeing someone who hasn’t touched a paintbrush or clay since school completely light up when they realise how good it feels to make again.
