Q: What happens if fewer than 6 guests book for a session?
A minimum of 6 guests is required for each Brushes & Bottomless Brunch session to proceed. If minimum numbers are not reached, we will notify you at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled event and offer the choice of: (a) Transferring your booking to another available session; or (b) Receiving a 50% refund of your payment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event that does not meet the minimum attendance requirement.
Q: Do I need to book separately with Sale Pepe Pizzeria?
When you book a Brushes & Bottomless Brunch session through Taste Graze Create, your booking includes a reserved table and the set brunch menu at Sale Pepe Pizzeria. All arrangements with the restaurant are handled by us — you do not need to make a separate booking with the venue.
Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
More than 7 days’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking with a 50% refund or full credit. Less than 7 days’ notice: Bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest if you notify us at least 24 hours before the event. No-shows: No refunds or credits will be issued. If we need to cancel or reschedule an event (e.g., due to low numbers, illness, or venue issues), you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another session.
Q: How do I let you know about dietary requirements or allergies?
Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking. We will communicate this information to Sale Pepe Pizzeria; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in meals or beverages.
Q: What drinks are included in the package?
Sale Pepe Pizzeria is a licensed venue; BYO alcohol is not permitted. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included in package with additional spirits and cocktails available for purchase during your session. Sale Pepe Pizzeria observes responsible service of alcohol in accordance with the NSW Liquor Act 2007 and reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any person who appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Q: Are the paints safe to use during brunch?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please keep all paint materials, brushes, water cups, and related supplies separate from your food and beverages. All paints provided are non-toxic and safe for artistic use, but they are not intended for consumption under any circumstances.
Q: How can everyone make sure it’s a fun and respectful experience?
Our events are designed to be fun, inclusive, and social. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and treat others with respect. Guests displaying disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave without refund.
Q: Will photos or videos be taken during the event?
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please advise us prior to the session if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
Q: Who is responsible if something goes wrong during the event?
Taste Graze Create and Sale Pepe Pizzeria are not responsible or liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event, or resulting from participant actions, misuse of materials, or failure to follow instructions — except where required by law.
Q: What's the cancellation policy?
