What you'll do

Welcome to our Children's Wellbeing Class for 5-9-year-olds, where your child will embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and personal growth. In this class, we will combine storytelling, music, movement, and art with the intention of giving children the tools they need to navigate life's challenges and enhance their overall wellbeing.

Throughout the workshop, your child will have the opportunity to learn valuable breathing techniques, which will help them find calmness and manage their emotions effectively. These techniques are not only beneficial in the class but can also be applied in various situations outside of it, enabling your child to experience a greater sense of peace and resilience.

Our class sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 6 children, to ensure that each child receives individual attention and guidance. This intimate setting creates a safe and nurturing environment for your child to fully immerse themselves in the activities and explore their own inner world.

We provide yoga mats for each child, but if your little one has a favourite mat, they are more than welcome to bring it along. Additionally, they can bring a small blanket for relaxation time, offering them a cosy and comfortable space to unwind and relax.

During the class, we recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing, allowing your child to move freely and fully engage in the activities. Bringing a water bottle is essential, as staying hydrated is crucial for their overall wellbeing throughout the session.

At the end of each session, your child will take home not only newfound knowledge and skills but also a sense of self-confidence and empowerment. Through this class, they will have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their emotions, which will serve them well as they continue to grow and navigate the world around them.
