What you'll do
Join Karen, a highly experienced teacher with over 25 years working with kids and adults in the kitchen, at this Brisbane cooking class for teenagers. In this hands-on class, your teens will learn culinary skills and kitchen techniques and discover the joy of creating delicious treats. Karen will provide tips and tricks along the way, making cooking a delightful experience.
If your teens love baking sweets, this baking class is for them! This is a small workshop, ensuring students get a chance to create some sweet treats and receive personalised attention and guidance. Kids will work in teams of three. At the end, they'll come home with containers full of all the yummy treats, as well as a booklet of recipes so they can practice baking at home.
Students will learn to make food from scratch, as well as a whole range of kitchen skills, and use a variety of utensils. They will also learn about following the steps in a written recipe and accurately measuring ingredients. This class is best-suited for teens who have some experience with baking.

Since 2002 our qualified classroom teacher has been running Brisbane cooking workshops and also in the UK and has vast experience with children and adults of all ages and abilities.

We can cater for students of all abilities; inquisitive cooks, creative minds, beginners and even help fussy eaters. In this current stage of Covid-19 we run Zoom dinner club classes for kids and special themed cooking nights on Zoom for adults. Face-to-face classes will be opening from 15th of June.
Our lessons are taught in a commercial-class kitchen with on-street parking and lots of local cafes and bushwalks right here.
