'Tis the season to get cooking! Sharpen your culinary skills just in time for Christmas feasting in this festive Italian cooking class in Sydney!

In this beginner-friendly class, you will master the art of pasta making and learn how to create Salt Meats Cheese's signature fettuccine from scratch with hands-on guidance from expert chefs and using the finest seasonal ingredients and techniques.

And for dessert, you will learn how to make a sweetened cannoli ricotta cream to fill your cannoli shells and decorate them to your liking with festive sprinkles! Don't worry, we'll take a break between cooking too where you'll get to enjoy some delicious homemade pizza slices.

At the end of the hard work cooking, you'll sit down and enjoy your fettuccine and cannoli and take home all the recipes and skills to reproduce these culinary delights at home, perfect for Christmas family dinner.

As the pasta-billites are endless, so are the drinks! Pair your pasta with a bottomless drinks package for two-hours that includes Prosecco, house wines and draft beers for an extra $29 per person at check out.

Our private cooking space as part of regular practice, is disinfected with food grade sanitiser along with all equipment and materials. Gloves are available and frequent washing of hands is already part of our cooking class schedule.

Originally based at Bourke Road in Alexandria, we have re-located our ‘Salt Meats Cheese Kitchen’ cooking school to our Circular Quay venue. At the same location is our newest addition, the fabulous rooftop Bar Ombre by SMC, now open for dining, sipping and events.

Queensland venues include Surfer’s Paradise on the Gold Coast, and in Brisbane, West End, Newstead, South Bank with Woolloongabba coming soon, plus our infamous mobile Fuel Food Truck dishing out the finest wood-fired Pizza and Italian delights every day on location or look out for us at an event near you soon!!

Sarah, the instructor, was passionate about her craft and if you missed anything in the demonstration she was more than helpful when it came to the actual pasta making and cannoli filling - as well as generously taking a video of you if asked. The rest of the team at Salt Meats and Cheese were also friendly with great customer service and the drinks and pizza also included were absolutely delicious. Fantastic value experience!
