The loading dock is 58 sqm, conveniently located on the ground floor with access to natural light and Comber Street via roller shutter. The space is ideal for photoshoots and creative events.

Gallery lighting is available, as well as a hanging system, kitchenette and event furniture upon request: 15x bentwood chairs, 30x designer folding chairs, chesterfield couch, shelving, display table and trestle tables.
