I’ve always had a passion for music and have been playing instruments my whole life. My main instruments are piano, drums, guitar and percussion, and I love the creativity and expression that comes with making music.

I spent five years working in hospitality before moving into my current role in Customer Service, where I get to connect with people and help create positive experiences.

Spend some time outside. Even just sitting in the sun for 15 minutes can help you reset.
Take a break from your phone. Put it away for an hour and do something intentional.
Spend meaningful time with the people you love. Connection is one of the best ways to recharge.

3 top tips for embracing creativity

Be bored! Being bored and letting your mind wander is the gateway to creative thoughts.
Be consistent. It’s hard to be creative all the time, but by committing a small part of your day to building your creative hobby, you’ll soon form a habit and get a dopamine hit from doing it.
Don’t be afraid to be bad. Even Beethoven was bad at piano when he first started.
