About this venue

Our studio is an epic natural light filled garage (approx 50sqm of useable space) at our family home. It's designed for and used primarily for Ceramics. This space will also be utilised for soap making classes and painting classes.

The floor is concrete, the walls are tiled and the shelving and benches are stainless steel. There is a large sink, kettle and tea and coffee station. There is ample 240v powerpoint on the walls and from the ceiling in the centre of the space (used for our pottery wheels).

I've also got 4x 6ft trestle tables and 20x folding chairs available for use.

You will be required to clean the space after your booking, cleaning supplies are provided.

For other potters wishing to use pottery equipment we've got:

8x student wheels and 1 teacher pottery wheels

slab roller

wall mounted extruder

pug mill

ample handtools, sponges, small buckets, bats etc

ample shelving space (storage of student or your own work will be subject to availability and negotiation)

electric kiln (firing service extra charge)
