I have done a lot of courses and, without doubt, this is the best I have attended. Bart is knowledgeable, friendly and the consummate professional. I is passionate about good food from the barbecue and made it easy to understand how I can achieve this myself at home. The course is conducted in a purpose built environment that made it very enjoyable and easy. Easily worth the cost, if you are wondering whether to do the course or not, I can only say that I doubt it could ever be that anyone would be disappointed in what Bart delivers.
