Hi, my name is Cherie, the heart and hands behind Petals & Pinot.My journey with flowers began when I was just 15, starting a floristry traineeship in a little country flower shop. Learning everything from growing and processing flowers to designing arrangements for weddings and special events, I fell in love with the craft from the ground up. Over 20years later, I am still just as captivated by the magic of floristry.Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of creating florals for incredible clients such as Pink, Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Jimmy Barnes, Sonia Kruger, Kylie Minogue, Chanel and the Manly Sea Eagles. Experiences that shaped my confidence, creativity, and dedication to excellence.But everything changed the day i ran my first workshops for children and adults at Warringah mall. Watching people light up as they created something beautiful, seeing their pride, laughter and connection, i knew in my heart that I didn't just want to make flowers, i wanted to teach them!And so, Petals & Pinot was born, a space where creativity blooms, confidence grows, and every workshop is a memorable moment (often with a glass of wine in hand!)My passion is creating a welcoming environment where people feel safe, inspired and celebrated.
