Ten years ago she decided to take the plunge and change careers, training in Baking and Pastry at Sydney TAFE. Whilst attending this course, Lesley discovered a love of cake decorating, which led to her starting her own business producing celebration cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Lesley is happy to share her passion with students and looks forward to welcoming you all to class!

Make a Drip Cake Decorating Class
The teacher, Lesley, was nice and helpful. She supplied good materials. I really enjoyed decorating my cake and never thought I could make such a beautiful cake. And I’m only 11.

I couldn't have asked for a better teacher than Lesley. She was very patient and encouraging during my private lesson to make my twins 3rd birthday cake. Lesley arrived on time at my house with all the supplies needed to create my selected cake design. Even providing a cake box. Lesley guided me through slicing layers, carving, ganach application, fondant and decorating. Highly recommend a lesson with + more

Great class. Everything provided. Lesley was lovely. We cut the cakes, used ganache to fill and do the sides. Drip and ganache the top then decorate with lots more chocolates. Lesley was great and walked us through everything. We also marbled fondant to ice sugar cookies for more decorations.

Both my son (10) and I really enjoyed it. Instructions were easy to follow and cupcakes came out great!

Great class learnt some very simple and effective techniques. Studio was clean with plenty of room. Parking was a little difficult due to the nature of the area. Instruction was helpful and generous with materials and time. Had a great time
