Looking for a unique and fun activity for your next group event---hen's party, bestie date, team building, your birthday or your child's birthday party? You can book our Fun with Crochet Birthday Party designed to offer a unique party experience while learning how to crochet!

All materials are provided and each participant receives a crochet gift. Don't worry if any of your guests find that crochet is not their thing - we have backup activities!

Kids Birthday Party:

Fun with Crochet Birthday Party is a great way for children to learn a new craft while celebrating their birthday. Suitable for children 7 years of age and over.

Crochet is a fun activity with many benefits. It promotes the development of manual dexterity, patience, problem-solving, maths, comprehension and social interaction.

During the party, children will use a variety of crochet hooks and quality natural yarns, cotton and wool. We allow children flexibility to explore their creativity. They get to choose the yarn colour and thickness and the type of crochet hook they prefer.

Don't worry if the children are new to crochet - Fun With Crochet Birthday Party is designed to be fun and engaging for all skill levels. If some participants find that crochet is not their thing, we have backup activities such as knitting or hand sewing so they still get to enjoy the party fun.

We offer three different Birthday Party Plans to suit your preference and each participant receives a crochet gift to take home.

Select from our three Birthday Party Plans:

Party Plan No 1: $60 per person - Includes a crochet gift (worth $10) for each participant.
Party Plan No 2: $90 per person - Includes a crochet gift (worth $15) for each participant.
Party Plan No 3: $120 per person - Includes a crochet gift pack (worth $30) for each participant.

Our venue is wheelchair accessible.

Hi,

I'm Nancy and I love everything to do with fabrics and yarn...designing, creating, teaching.

My grandma taught me crochet at 7 years of age. I took up knitting and sewing in my teens. After several years of home sewing I decided to take up formal studies in fashion design and garment making. I opened my dressmaking business working from home and also volunteered in schools teaching hand sewing and crochet while raising my children.

I also worked as a nurse/counsellor, in elderly care and youth services. As a self-care practitioner, I recognised the benefits of creativity for our overall wellbeing, especially mental health.

Several years ago I founded my business SNS Courses with intention to create digital courses and learning guides but it quickly expanded into a physical business. Digital courses are great supplementary teaching tools but they can't match the spirit of the in-person class and the supportive community that develops spontaneously.

Today, my focus is fully on teaching, promoting creativity and self-sufficiency through my sewing and crochet workshops for kids and adults.
