Four Pillars Gin
At Four Pillars we want to celebrate the craft of distilling and elevate the craft of cocktail making in Australia. We believe people should drink better, not more.
Everything we make is crafted on four pillars: our magnificent Carl copper pot stills (named Wilma, Jude and Eileen); the best water in the world from our home in the Yarra; an equal mix of great local and exotic botanicals; and, a commitment to craft and attention to detail every step of the way.
The Windsor Workshop is a creative hub for the arts, crafts and design movement. We host workshops and events that inspire, and we actively seek local Melbourne artists to work with and promote. We’re all about providing a social gathering for people to slow down, team up, and get talking.
