What you'll do
Have fun, creative, mess-free, fuss-free holiday fun with a Creativity Wild Artist!
Kids will be treated to mosaic making in a real artist’s studio and be guided by the artist.
Each child and their grown-ups will make several indoor mosaics in various shapes, using pre-cut ceramic tiles, coloured gravel and mixed media material to create their unique masterpiece. Older kids and grown-ups will have the option to use mosaic tools.
If kids fancy a break, they can run around and explore our mini sculpture garden.
This all-weather activity is suited to adults and kids aged 3 and up. Kids who are 7 years or older can attend without their grown-ups. Littlies must be accompanied by a paying grown up
By the end of this crafty workshop, kids will have loads of happy memories, plus one or more completed mosaics to take home.

Your teacher
Creativity Wild Mosaics is a Sydney-based art studio and classroom.
Operating for more than a decade, it is owned by artist/teacher Miriam Ross. Miriam has been creating and teaching mosaics and craft for more than twenty years. Her goal is to give every person, no matter their age or perceived ability, an opportunity to create a beautiful and substantial piece of art that they can be proud of.
Hence, Miriam has worked with many preschools, primary and secondary schools, after school and holiday care, aged care, community groups, special needs and corporate clients. She has also worked on a voluntary basis with hospitals and other not for profit organisations.
Miriam has students who love attending mosaic workshops in her classroom at botany. “Whenever I work with people the process is the same – I help each person find their own unique creative style, then help them express that creativity through mosaic art. When I work with schools and large groups we work together to create a unique mosaic that reflects their emotions and values”.
All CW mosaics include students’ artworks and ideas. “This ensures students have ownership and pride in their beautiful mosaic and feel connected to it."
