A practical and hands-on course for anyone keen to learn how to construct and cover traditional lidded boxes from scratch.
We’ll begin with the fundamentals: measuring and drawing up your box using sturdy boards, then move on to covering it beautifully in decorative paper. You’ll leave with a completed box and the confidence to carry on boxing at home.
This class also serves as a prerequisite for anyone wishing to join future box-making adventures, such as the Solander Clamshell Box or the Treasure Box classes.
