Jorge was absolutely brilliant. patiently guiding the class.I learned so much about the origins of the Paella (I didn't know that the Paella was originally from Valencia )Topped off at the end as the class sat down to enjoy the Valencian Paella that I had just created, with a glass of wine , tapa and the delicious cheesecake, omg .
I can not wait to invite my friends and cook original paella for them
