I first discovered Zentangle® as a way to help university students relax, focus and connect — but its “no mistakes” philosophy opened a creative door for me too. It helped me let go of perfectionism, rediscover drawing, and feel so excited to create again. As a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT)® with a background in teaching, animation and student support, I love showing people what’s possible when they slow down, breathe, and take it one stroke at a time®.
