What you'll do
Kids will love getting hands-on in this fun jewellery making workshop where they’ll design and create their own unique accessories to wear or gift.Across the day, participants will make three different pieces: a bracelet, a necklace, and a keyring — each in its own session with a new lesson and skill to learn. With an array of colourful beads and charms to choose from, every child’s creations will be completely one-of-a-kind.Held in our Inner West Sydney studio, this workshop is designed for kids aged 8–12 (Year 3 and above). Please note this class is not suitable for children under 8 years old or those in Years K–2, as the activities involve fine motor skills and fiddly techniques that younger children often find too challenging.What they'll learn:
- How to thread and secure beads to create strong, wearable pieces.
- How to attach charms to chains or findings for professional finishes.
- How to combine techniques across different projects (bracelet, necklace, keyring).
- The confidence to design and create unique accessories from start to finish.
- Our secure space is only accessible to participants.
- All instructors have valid Working with Children Checks.
- Parents must drop off & pick up children in person and complete a short admission form.

Rebecca grew up in a large family where money was tight, after school activities where mostly homegrown and usually involved a sheet of cardboard, a glue stick and some glitter!
